Steve

Owner

Steve started this Merry Maids franchise in July of 1992. His primary responsibility is to coach, motivate, and encourage the staff to be the best they can be. He enjoys helping and watching our staff become more confident and successful at work and life. He truly enjoys seeing and hearing positive comments and feedback from our clients over the years praising our teammates and administrative staff. Outside of work he enjoys yoga, hiking, exercising at the gym, and traveling the world. Something funny or unexpected about Steve is that he has been a pescatarian for many years now. He is married to his wife Nancy and has two adult children, Robyn and Amy. He is also a “Dog Dad” to their rescue dog “Shea”. She is proudly named after “Shea Stadium” the prior home of the N.Y. Mets in Queens, NY, also where he was born and raised.

Michelle

Office Manager

Michelle has been with Merry Maids since March 2015. Michelle handles all day-to-day operations, and she strives to provide excellent customer service to all the clients and makes sure our office runs as smooth as possible. Michelle has three kids and two puppies that she treats like her kids as well. When she’s not working she loves to be with her family and friends. Michelle enjoys going to the beach, going to concerts, and working out.

Yesenia

Sales Administrator

Yesenia has been with Merry Maids since October 2021. Yesenia started with Merry Maids as our office assistant, helping handle the day-to-day operations. In January 2022 she moved into the Sales role. Yesenia loves interacting with all potential customers and seeing their wants and needs come to life. She loves looking out for all the before and after pictures. “It's so satisfying to see our customers improve their homes,” she said. When Yesenia is not working, she loves going to the gym. She frequently goes on walks and loves to observe nature. Yesenia has a cat named Penny which is her pride and joy.

Sales & Office Assistant

If you’ve had any interactions with our office over the last nine years, you know that Priscilla is one of the people who truly makes things happen. From her early days helping keep our customers's homes pristine to her time in sales and her current role in admin, she has worn every hat imaginable with a smile. She brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and a "can-do" spirit to everything she touches.

Outside the office, she is a devoted wife and mother of three. Her home life is just as lively as her work life, rounded out by her favorite feline companions.
