Merry Maids of Bettendorf
Hello! I’m Kimberly, proud owner of Merry Maids of Bettendorf and Dubuque. Born and raised in Dubuque, I feel incredibly grateful to continue serving the community I’ve always called home—while also getting to know and serve the wonderful Bettendorf area.
Before joining Merry Maids, I spent many years as a stay-at-home mom raising my three children with my husband, Michael. We’ve been married for 29 years, and family has always been at the heart of everything I do. I later worked at my children’s school, which allowed me to stay closely connected to their daily lives.
In December 2019, I joined Merry Maids as an Office Manager and quickly found my passion. I built a strong, supportive team and discovered that our work goes far beyond cleaning—we help give our clients peace of mind, more time with their families, and a home they can truly enjoy.
In January 2024, I was honored to purchase both the Dubuque and Bettendorf locations. Today, I remain focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service with a personal touch. I believe in treating every home with care and every client like part of our extended family.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, caring for my animals, and being with my family—values that guide how I run my business every day.

Giving Back to the Bettendorf Community
At Merry Maids of Bettendorf, being part of this community means more than just cleaning homes—it means showing up and helping where we can.
We’ve had the opportunity to host a supply drive for the Scott County Humane Society, as well as a food drive to support individuals and families facing food insecurity. These are causes that truly matter to us, and we’re always looking for ways to do more.
One of our favorite ways to give back is through our “Spread the Love” Peanut Butter Drive, which we hold twice a year in January and June. Peanut butter is a much-needed staple for many families, and we’re proud to say we’ve collected a large amount since starting this tradition.
We’re also excited to support Bettendorf High School by donating a free room cleaning and organization service to be given away at their After Prom event—just one small way to help make the night a little more special for students and their families.
We’re so grateful to be part of this community and appreciate every opportunity to give back.
