A Big Time Success!

Our customers and employees teamed up to make our "Pet Drive for Pawsitive Hope" a huge success. Pawsitive Hope provides a service to give our furry friends in need a fighting chance. They are a non-profit, local organization performing amazing work. Cash donations topped $1300 and we delivered 2 carloads of much needed supplies like paper towels, litter, food, toys, treats and much more. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to partner with such a meaningful and dedicated group of people. We look forward to doing this again in the not-so-distant future.  A great big THANK YOU to our generous customers and our amazing staff.  Great Job Everyone!

Pawsitive Hope Inc is a non-profit organization providing services as veterinarians, vetinary technicians and volunteers to care for the medical needs of animals who might otherwise be forgotten.  They provide specialized medical care and foster-to-adopt programs because they believe all four-legged friends deserve a chance at a happy life. Your local Merry Maids feels the same way.

We have participated in many of their fund raising events and sponsored drives for things they need like dog & cat food, litter, cleaning supplies, as well as monetary donations.  Our customers as well as our staff and management came through with many donations for Pawsitive Hope at their most recent events and will continue to do such in the future. The work and the love this organization shows for our furry friends in the community is absolutely amazing.  

We proudly support the American Heart Association through our sponsorship of the Greater Akron Heart Walk. This inspiring event brings together thousands of community members to raise awareness and funding for heart disease and stroke research. It's a cause close to our hearts, and we're honored to help promote healthier lives for all.

We are proud to sponsor the "Red Tie Affair", a signature fundraising gala benefiting the Akron Ronald McDonald House. This incredible organization provides a home-away-from-home for families with children receiving medical care, helping them stay close during difficult times.

Fun Fact; Patti, the owner of Merry Maids of Akron, worked as Director of Operations for the McDonalds in Stark County for many years before opening her first Merry Maids franchise in 1987. She was even present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Akron Ronald McDonald House, a full circle moment that makes our support even more meaningful.
